Abnormal Pet Portrait

This art is made-to-order and involves the old-fashioned method of dissolving pigment into water using a fine brush and applying it to a thin sheet of matted cellulose fibers.

I use very high-quality pigments that are mixed and sold by Daniel Smith. For matted cellulose fibers, or, uh, paper, I guess, I use a variety of different papers, including:

• Arches archival-quality, 140lb, 100% cotton cold-pressed paper
• Legion Stonehenge acid-free, 140lb, 100% cotton hot-pressed paper
